Han has a way of not stopping at the surface. He keeps gently digging until I can see where a particular behavior or assumption is actually grounded. Sometimes uncomfortable, but that's also where the value is. Once you can see the source, you're no longer just managing the symptom.
What coaching gave me wasn't another solution to add to the pile, but permission to stop and ask whether I was solving the right thing for the right reason in the first place.
What's kept it practical rather than purely introspective is how pragmatic Han is. Sessions tend to end with one or two small experiments tied directly to real situations and challenges I'm facing. Over time, some of those experiments quietly turned into habits.
